06.10.2017 | Scheduled Panopto Maintenance

On Saturday, June 10, Panopto will be upgraded to Panopto 5.4. Services will be offline from 8:00pm to 12:00am EDT. During this period of time, you will not be able to access recordings and any attempts to upload from clients will result in a "Server unable to connect" message.

06.15.2017 | Nexus Scheduled Outage for Planned Upgrade

On Thursday, June 15, Nexus will be upgraded to version 3.2 to improve functionality and enable new features for your use this Fall term. Services will be offline from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm EDT. During this period of time, you will not be able to access the system.

Enterprise System Maintenance

Tuesday, 4:00 am - 8:00 am

Wednesday, 4:00 am - 8:00 am

Thursday, 4:00 am - 8:00 am

Sunday, 6:00 am - 12:00 pm

Residential Network Services (ResNet)

Union College has partnered with Apogee to provide high-speed internet access through the residential network with 24/7 customer support. Union College and Apogee are committed to providing students with state of the art wireless and wired access. Residents receive 10 Mbps download speed and the ability to connect four additional devices. An optional speed upgrade with more devices is available for an additional fee. To use the internet in residence areas, you will need to sign up for an Apogee ResNet account.

To connect to the Internet:
Connect to MyResNet.com, then choose Create My Account and follow the directions.

If you have any questions, you can contact Apogee for help 24/7 via online chat at MyResNet.com or call 855-813-7010. You can also send Apogee an email at support@myresnet.com, or text ‟ResNet” to 84700 and a support representative will get in touch with you.
