04.2.2018 | FCC Consumer Alert: 'Neighbor Spoofing'

The FCC is warning consumers about "neighbor spoofing" scams where thieves manipulate caller ID information in ways that make calls appear to have been placed locally.

07.26.2018 | CHANGE: Password required for "union" wireless network - Effective August 2, 2018

In order to provide better security on our public wireless network, Union College will be requiring a password to join the "union" WiFi. This new step will be effective starting on August 2nd at 9:00 am.

08.16.2018 | Colleague System Unavailable Wednesday, August 22 6am-9:30am

On Wednesday, August 22nd, software updates will be installed on the Colleague system. The installation will begin at 6:30 a.m. and expected completion is by 9:30 a.m.

Wednesday, 4:00 am - 8:00 am

Thursday, 4:00 am - 8:00 am

Sunday, 6:00 am - 12:00 pm

New ITS Ticketing System

Today ITS is switching our ticketing system from Track-It! to TeamDynamix.  This is our "soft launch", which means we will still be updating the site as we receive feedback.  Just click "Submit A Request" on the ITS website for more information and a link to the new system. 

We ask that you first go to the new site to see if you can either find answers to your questions or submit a request for services or issues you are encountering.  You will be able to login to the system using your Union College username and password.
 
Users will still have the ability to call the ITS Help Desk (x6400) or email us at helpdesk@union.edu in addition to using this new site.
