The Ensemble Video cloud servers will be unavailable on Wednesday morning (2/21/18) from 12:01AM - 2AM ET for a planned upgrade to Ensemble Video 4.8.

Upgrading your iPhone

Backing up your iPhone - iCloud or iTunes, which is right for you?

iCloud:

  • Stores backups in the cloud
  • Limited to 5 GB of storage(you can buy more)
  • Must be connected to Wi-Fi

iTunes:

  • Stores backups on your Mac or PC
  • Can encrypt backup to store email passwords
  • Must have iTunes software on your Mac or PC to use

After completing your iPhone backup, you must turn off your passcode(if you have one)
 
Go to Settings, then tap Touch ID and Passcode.  On devices without Touch ID, go to Settings, then tap Passcode.  Scroll down the screen and tap Turn Passcode Off.
 
Next you must turn off Find My iPhone.
 
Go to Settings, scroll down and tap iCloud, then scroll down and tap Find My iPhone.  Slide the button to the left to turn off.  You will need to enter your AppleID password to turn off.
