USTAR

The USTAR TechTeam provides students with a centralized resource for computer support. While virus protection is our primary focus, we provide basic technical support for all ITS supported software, remedy basic networking problems, and assist with some hardware issues.

Our technicians are available five days a week, Sunday through Thursday from 6PM to 10PM and Monday through Thursday from 12:50PM to 1:50PM (common hour) in the Schaffer Library at the far end (away from the front door) of the circulation desk.
