07.19.2016 | Ensemble Video-Service Available

Updated 10:17 am 7/19/16:  As of 10:16 am on Tuesday, July 19th, we were notified that NY6 Ensemble Video services became available. The vendor is in the process of analyzing the outage.

08.2.2016 | Scheduled Nexus System Maintenance 8/2 from 7 am-9 pm

On Tuesday, August 2, 2016, there is scheduled Nexus system maintenance from 7:00 am-9:00 pm in order to upgrade the Nexus system to Moodle version 3.0. Nexus will be unavailable during the system upgrade. ITS will send a notification when the upgrade is complete and Nexus is once again available. We apologize for any inconvenience.

07.21.2016 | Scheduled Nexus Maintenance 7/21 from 4-5 a.m.

There is scheduled Nexus server maintenance on Thursday, July 21 from 4am-5am. We expect the downtime to be minimal, but Nexus may be unavailable during this time. This maintenance is part of our ongoing effort to ensure Nexus continues to perform optimally.

Enterprise System Maintenance

Tuesday, 4:00 am - 8:00 am

Wednesday, 4:00 am - 8:00 am

Thursday, 4:00 am - 8:00 am

Sunday, 6:00 am - 12:00 pm

Enterprise Systems may be unavailable during these times.

ITS HelpDesk

The ITS HelpDesk is located in Steinmetz 101a. During the academic year, our regular hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:54pm.

The ITS HelpDesk offers support to faculty and staff for all technology needs associated with Union College.

Please contact the ITS Helpdesk at 518.388.6400 or email helpdesk@union.edu for assistance. You may also submit a Service Request online. Already submitted a workorder? You can check the status of your workorder by logging into the HelpDesk workorder system (TrackIt!) system as well.

If you ever want to submit a request from OFF-campus, please send an email to helpdesk@union.edu or call 518.388.6400 to leave a voicemail. You can also log into TrackIt with VPN and submit a work order through TrackIt Self Service.
