08.2.2016 | Scheduled Nexus System Maintenance 8/2 from 7 am-9 pm

On Tuesday, August 2, 2016, there is scheduled Nexus system maintenance from 7:00 am-9:00 pm in order to upgrade the Nexus system to Moodle version 3.0. Nexus will be unavailable during the system upgrade. ITS will send a notification when the upgrade is complete and Nexus is once again available. We apologize for any inconvenience.

08.3.2016 | Colleague / WebAdvising Systems Unavailable: Wednesday, August 3rd

On Wednesday, August 3rd, software updates will be installed on the Colleague / WebAdvising systems. The installation will begin at 6:30 am and we expect it wil be completed by 1:00 pm.

Tuesday, 4:00 am - 8:00 am

Wednesday, 4:00 am - 8:00 am

Thursday, 4:00 am - 8:00 am

Sunday, 6:00 am - 12:00 pm

Who do I talk to if I have a problem with the public labs?

The majority of the public technical facilities on campus are managed by ITS. For assistance in the labs, please do one of the following:

  • Go to the ITS Help Desk in Steinmetz 101A.
  • Call the ITS Help Desk at x6400.
  • Stop by the ITS office in Steinmetz Hall
  • Email ITS at helpdesk@union.edu
