11.26.2014 | Muse (Powered by WordPress) Upgrades on December 2nd

On Tuesday December 2nd, muse.union.edu will be upgraded to WordPress 4.0.1. During the upgrades, all websites on the Muse server will be offline. The ugrades will begin at 6:30 AM and is expected to be completed by 8:30 AM. Muse will return to normal operations after the installations are completed.

Enterprise System Maintenance

Tuesday, 4:00 am - 8:00 am

Thursday, 4:00 am - 8:00 am

Sunday, 6:00 am - 12:00 pm

Enterprise Systems may be unavailable during these times.

Who do I talk to if I have a problem with the public labs?

The majority of the public technical facilities on campus are managed by ITS. For assistance in the labs, please do one of the following:

  • Go to the ITS Help Desk in Steinmetz 101A.
  • Call the ITS Help Desk at x6400.
  • Stop by the ITS office in Steinmetz Hall
  • Email ITS at helpdesk@union.edu
